Cian is a breathwork facilitator, stretch therapist, former professional boxer and the first certified Wim Hof instructor in BC. He owns and operates The Stretch Space, a stretch therapy and breathwork studio in Vancouver with his wife Carolyn. He has had a variety of diverse careers and worked as an engineer in the field of wind power.  His role consisted of studying air flow and how to extract energy from air via wind turbines.

It dawned on him that it was more important for human beings to learn how to be more efficient at utilize the energy from air and to live more powerful lives. He made the inevitable switch from Machine Power to HUMAN POWER. Since leaving the office he has pursued the truth about what is required to live optimally and with simplicity as a human.
